One of the worst insurance companies in South africa
Now I know why Budget Insurance is among the worst short term insurance companies in South-Africa. Only good at collecting premiums, but find an excuse to pay out claims. I am dealing with it currently and also experienced it in the past. Giving them chance after chance to prove me wrong. PLEASE FIND YOURSELF A DIFFERENT INSURER AS YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED TIME AFTER TIME SOUTH AFRICA.

Today is 28th and complaint was submitted on 14 June. I was promised a call from them but nothing.
I am busy canceling my policy and going to short term insurance company where they value their clients. What is so strange is after informing them of cancelation I received calls from Budget insurance salespeople and one of the other companies under their umbrella offering me a discount premium. I explained my problems with salesperson x from other insurer under their umbrella and to my surprise she and her manager agreed with me. How can advice from their group differ so big. Lack of training or simply Budget insurance salespeople are *********** of doing their work.
