Once again, I received one of the best services and a good deal from what I was initially paying when I started with Budget Insurance, although I feel I could be paying way less. I was treated with respect, and Jadene Pillay made sure that I fully understood what the cover entailed (which was now inclusive of a tracking unit). I'm happy with the overall service I received from Jadene Pillay from Budget Insurance. However, the reduction on my monthly premiums did not go hand in hand with the excess amount, and that is the only thing I'm unhappy about.
