not very happy

Did not really wanna come post herr, but seems like the only way youbget help soon at these companies. I made a claim at budget insurance, the saturday they came to pick up my vehicle the monday, itbhas been 2 weeks that my car is with them, no feedback nothingbis given, yesterday i called was advised they waiting for info from a different department, cos it usually takes 48 hours to get back to the clients... I have no vehicle i can not go anywhere geting to work in public transport is a nightmare, not to mention the extra murial acyivities my daughter has after school that has been cancelled. Apperently the workshop is awaiting paper work from budget, and they advised that they busy with the admin, i mean it has been 2 weeks, not to mention how long i will have fo wait for it to be fixed...maybe i should get another quote from another company. When i asked about a courtesy vehicle was advised i dont have that on my policy but when i was sold this policy i said yes i do want to add that as a benefit to my policy
