Not taken serious

I made a claim on 12 June 2023. Today I called them am was told the assessor has not started yet. They will call me back on 22 June 2023. All I need from them is to tell me whether They approve or not that all. because the claim is too small just bumper and few scratches on fenders. I will never recommend budget to anyone because very quick to make you take policy but take you from Pilar to post when is time to pay. What worse they already told me that I will pay additional access for early claim and for my license which less than 2 years. I feel am not taken serious as client.
