Not so great with the claim(first ever claim) I made when my car stopped in the middle of N2 to the airport

Not so great with the claim(first ever claim) I made when my car stopped in the middle of N2 to the airport. They told me they only pay for certain km to my house or nearest delearship... I had to pay a R1000 n more which wasn't communicated to me prior joining. From that day onwards... I'm expecting shocking surprises when I'm in a emergency again 😢
