I'm disappointed as wel because Budget insurance promised me to settle with bank but instead Budget insurance call made me feel like I'm being investigated

I'm disappointed as well because Budget Insurance promise to settle with the bank but instead I received a call from Budget insurance and that call ruined my day because i felt like I'm being investigated and it was a surprise that i didn't expect from Budget

Yesterday was another disappointing day for me because Portia from Budget insurance made the another promise she couldn't keep. She promised to call me but she failed to call me. Only her knows why.I know the settlement amount that Budget insurance promised to settle my problem is why taking so long?On my side Budget insurance make me see them as unfaithful insurance company. From Budget insurance I'm expecting them to keep their promise and pay the settlement amount and a conformation letter. It's going two weeks and still Budget insurance has not settle the account and it's so frustrating
