I more than 9 years claim free from all my insurances

12 Jun 2020, 08:01I have been with Outsurance for over 8 years and got my outclaim bonuses for not claiming, i have been claim free for over 9 years. I then decided to move to Budget insurance as they were cheaper. I then left budget for a insurance were i have a broker that can deal with everything and put my house contents in as well that was a better price. Now when i want to claim from the insurance suddenly budget insurance wants to give me a bad review claiming i was without insurance for a few months. Which is just not except able as my broker send them a email to cancel the insurance well in advance and i have always been covered.
I will never suggest any one to go with budget insurance as there will only be problems even if you are no longer with them.
