Not paying damages for the third party
This is about claim number *** that was processed in September 2018 to my surprise I got a summons from the court regarding the damages of the third party. When I phoned budget legal team in 2018 they confirmed that they reached a settlement with the third party.
I'm very disappointed that 2 years down the line this has not been resolved.
