Not knowing what am paying for

Budget insurance is a ******* company. I wanted my context in black an white so that I would understand what am paying for. so sadly for 3 yrs I was not paying for car damage. my car is damaged the bumper an back light. budget assistance told me that I'll pay 5500 access fee suddenly am not cover for car damage an streches. woooh what a *******. an tsotsi style company of not explaining things when I take a policy. nice excuse is that my email was not working that is why I've never received any communication with them.

Budget insurance you are really coming up with story that you will listen to the recording that was done when I took the policy. Do u think I'll ever trust. Car track company did the same thing when I wanted to towered I was told to pay for extra kilos from where I was. I stick in potchefstroom I told they tower a car to the nearest safe place. so whats gona makes you to be honest to me. an fix my car.
