Not interested anymore

Very disappointed with the manner Budget Insurance handled a recent claim and also ignoring our complaints of poor workmanship from a 2018 claim. I ended up canceling Budget Insurance mainly due to their refusal to attend to poor workmanship that eventually led to further damage of our property. The first time we notified them of the damage due to poor workmanship they sent someone; after inspection it was confirmed the damage was due to poor workmanship. No one came to fix it.

Last month I called again and a date was set for another inspection to take place. That appointment wasn't honoured by Budget Insurance. I grew tired of always calling or sending emails. I cancelled.

The funny thing is they tried to keep me as a client yet couldn't even honour an appointment date set by them.
