Not honest with their clients

I am so really tired of them,they got everytime an excuse, then is this or this ,now they got exuses of my previous claim invoice which was done by a panelbeaters,I send them the invoice and that was also not right,without my concern they send the invoice directly to the panelbeaters,because it don't match ,I did x tra on the car which he charge me for,like 2 fog lights and one head lamp,and why did they pay me cash,and not at the panelbeaters account?I phone them numerous times and only promises,last week Friday I give them a cut out date to report them and the lady say everything will be sort out on Monday,yesterday I wait the whole day,not even come back to me,they send the invoice by themselves to th panelbeaters, they assesor must do his work to get it ,this people is playing for time,this morning I send an email to Michael claim dept,not answering me,I phone to their claim dept and throw the phone in my face,I am really tired ,I got two insurance by them one for scratch and dental and the other one for mechanical,every month they are the first people to take my money out of my bank,but I will immediately cancel my policy, s because they are not honest with their customers ,I will reverse all 2 my premiums because they are *****
