Not happy with the service

I'm not happy with the service I have been getting from Budget insurance, they have debit my account after I have cancel my insurance with them and when they have to refund me they tell me stories its been 29 days now I have been calling them almost every day and i always get the same respond "your bank its rejecting our payment but we will do the transfer again just now, your money will reflect before end of business day today because we are using the same bank as you" and its been 29 days now I'm really not happy with Budget insurance
