Not happy with budget insurance

I am once again disappointed with budget insurance as I have the scratched and dents cover, my car was scratched by another car, it had just scratches and no dents and I was told they can't assist as that's an accident so were they suppose to scratch my car on purpose! and now again I got off work and found my car had been scratched and still they cannot assist me so meaning I have been paying and with no benefit for me, I am really not happy with budget insurance, I feel like I've been ****med!!!!
