not happy with budget insurance
i got bumped fisrt week of january 2018 i then reported the matter . i called budget i explain to them what had happen. budget called me to take in my car for assessment from there i was told to pay the access money of which i paid now when i call them to ask when am i gettimy refund from the company that bumped me am told that the matter has been closed. without me getting any cent

Kindly be advised that we have received feedback from our Legal Department that the matter was not closed; but instead there was a technical error and the matter was not automatically transferred to the Legal Department.
They are now in receipt of the matter and they have confirmed that they have discussed the way forward regarding the recovery of your excess with you.
