90% of the customers here are sharing their experiences when they interact with the consultants, others are happy with the roadside assistance, others are happy because budget agreed to reduce their monthly premium. But the pain part is on the claim, it's unfair what budget insurance is doing to my business partner. I was using the vehicle, on the 23rd of November I had a minor accident, they send someone to tow the car to Bedfordview Renewit. Few days after they told they told us the car will be written off, but yet when they suppose to claim they come with stories. It was nice for them to deduct the money since 2020 February until November this year, they don't honor their promises, managers tried to find the fault few weeks ago, but everything on us is aligned.
