Not fixing the car as they should

I had an accident reported to budget insurance and paid access fee of R17000 but now they did panel beating n painted where fixed but my car is red it need to be painted the whole body and during the accident the radio fell and the battery moved they did not do anything on that and when I report that they confirm to call me back which they don't.
