Not Covered After they Fail to Notify you

What a bad insurance company!! So my wife signed with them in December. All payments done according to our knowledge but to our surprise now that we need them we don't have a policy with them as this months(April) installment did not go off. My question is why we are to notified of this? Every company we know will phone you when that order failed but not budget. Useless company. Don't ever use them. They only want your money. Miss a payment and they will cancel everything.
