Non Payment of claim but still debiting my account

I'm extremely furious with this budget insurance company because they take debit orders but when there is an incident they don't want to pay.

i run a Delivery service business with motorbikes and i have drivers that work for MrD and takealot.

i recently got highjacked with one of my delivery bikes and my policy is up to date but they now giving me excuses to pay for my claim i find this very exhausting and i would like to take this up
