Non Genuine parts

I had an accident with the vehicle that was paid up,i made a claim and Budget approved it for repairs,now the shock in my face when the panelbeaters informed me generic/alternative parts are gonna be used since my vehicle is out of warranty,so now Budget is cutting costs at our expenses,im really not impressed.
