3rd party Cailms get no feedback except documents received it has been more the 2 weeks I'm awaiting feedback on my 3rd party claim but the person who crashed into my vehicle has been attended too while I got forward a policy notice waiting period.Its unfair somebody crashed into my car while it was stationary and they have been attended too and I receive no communication.
