No service. Still waiting on reimbur*****t 5months later
Agents Tebogo Goge is the agent "handling" my claim. My emails go unanswered and i need to call the agent to get feedback. I do not receive updates and have not been given an indication of turn around times and sla, after I've asked for this twice. I am still waiting for my call back from Friday.
