NO SERVICE AFTER TWO MONTHS!!

I am horrified at your service. I lodged a claim in June for scratches and dents. Its August and I still haven't heard back. I have sent countless follow up emails and to date nothing has happened. Your consultants call and hang up mid calls because they don't have any excuses for the lack of service. Yet every month the debit goes off like clockwork. I wonder what will happen if/when I actually claim from the main insurance. The service promised more than you are able to offer. A mere courtesy call would go a long way with customers. Your treatment of customers is dreadful. I would not recommend your business to anyone!
