no response to claim
<p>I insured my handset with budget insurance and they have not responded to my claim in 3 days, they dont get back to me unless I call them to follow up, this is frustrating to know that they dont get back to you it feels like they are happy to debit their clients and give poor customer service, I was told that i would recieve an Sms but didnt get any mail or sms and this was supposed to be resolved by today 11/07/2016</p>
