No response after submitting a claim over 5week

Our truck got involved in an accident caused by a sleeping drunken driver who drove on to the oncoming traffic on the 1st of October. We reported the accident on the 5th when the truck was back. We got an estimate repair value after about 1 and half weeks and were told that they are still trying to get hold of the police station that it was reported to in Mpumalanga for the case details.<br> <br> I called on the 27th of October to complain and was told by Julian that Tsakani will come back to me. I am still waiting up to now. To make matters worse there was a third part involved as our truck was hooking up a rented trailer. Budget insurance asked for the trailer to come for assessment and we are still waiting. The now the owner of the trailer wants it to be either repaired or replaced or he will sue us. Our truck has been parked for over 5weeks and have to hire whenever we need transportation services, which is all the time <br>
