No permission granted for activation but you went ahead anyway

I am absolutely livid. Budget you have no write to activate a policy I i did not give you permission to activate firstly. Trying to get hold of someone at this organisation to help me is impossibly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I spoke to Rabia , who assured me that the policy would not be activated yet a debit went off my account
