No notifications - High premiums
Have been insured with budget for some time. Their call centre staff wouldn't go the extra mile to assist even though we're old customers. Premium went up by R400 with no indication whatsoever. Haven't claimed in the past 2 years and premium still increases so drastically. Very poor service. Other customers please be aware!
