No managers available to explain ever

in the 7th of March they sent me a schedule for my policy, which was discussed on the phone, on the 8th of March they sent me another schedule and this schedule they had politely added another R700 or so to the policy, being away on business i did not have a chance to dela with this, yet i see that even without my consent they debited the higher amount from my account. Today when i called the bussiness division arounfd 10am i had to deal with a very rude lady by the name of Rochelle who talks to people as if she is speaking to het children at home,, i informed her that she was rude and that i did not want to speak to her, and then that i would like to speak to a manager, till now no one has called me, i then at around 16H00, and spoke to aldy named Relehohile who once again was arrogant as i wanted her full names, and she also then just informed me straight away that there is once again no manager to assist me, it seems like there is nobody there than can honestly deal with the problems that they create for their customers, and managers are protected
