<p>I went on to the Hippo website to compare quote for my cellphone insurance as well as my wife's. I was assited by an agent who explained the premiums and how the cover works. I then requested a copy of the term and condiotion of the contract and he then informed me that he could give me that before I sign. I then inquired how I could sign up for a contract that I have not seen. He DROPPED the call and I treid calling again and I got no joy for Budget.</p> <p> </p> <p>All I wanted was to insure my phone at an affordable rate but the service rendered today. I will advise that you seek insurance companies that are reliable, and care about the client. BUDGET IS NOT THAT COMPANY</p>
