No information about policy

last week I got a mail from Budget, that my policy will have an increase about 25% from Januar 2017.

In this mail there were a few examples, why busget will be cheaper over the time.

First I tried to ask online - it doesn't work. Asking via email I got a response some days later. I have a bundle of categories and so it is important for me, which (car, house content, private liability) causes the whopping increase. The answer? "I regret that I cannot be more specific than that, as all these factors are combined, we cannot give you details"

It looks like I just have to accept the whole or nothing. Transperancy? Not with Budget. I know that Budget will not give anything in written, but just to say - we want 25% more is a new experience.

Now I am looking for alternatives and will ask the Ombudsman if this practice follows the consumer protection act.

I insisted to get management attention, but nothing happens so far.
