NO happy with the service

Not happy with the service I am getting from budget. My car has been with panel beater since from 25 March to date. I am told they are waiting for parts. I am really inconvenienced, I have to pay for transport everywhere I go. I feel that because they are not paying for my rental car, there is no pressure on them. I phoned Budget even this day I don't know who is working(Handling my case) with the panel-beaters from Budget. No body give the panel-beaters deadlines, No penalties. Customers suffer
