No free Cash back Bonus

i am insured with budget for the 3 years paying R1216.05 for a 2007 citi golf and i was told that the car will be evaluated as it depreciates every and the premioum will decrease. I made a quote in another insurance and i was told that my car has depreciated by 60000 and i called budget about and they confirmed and asked them why am i still paying a premioum for a car to the value R120000 and i was told that i will get back to me.i was waiting to get a cash back and i was suprise to hear after 3 years that i must pay R86.62 for the claim free bunus of which it contradites what they say on the advert on TV and newspaper and radio, they are misleading the consumers in order to make business.I was shocked find out they were deducting R239 without my consent in my account for value added products that i didnt request and i spoke to them in february and i was told that i must give them 8 days to respond, up to date no response.
