No feedback since accident 2 weeks ago.
I was involved in an accident 2 weeks ago,and have been trying to get Budget Insurance to assist me.After countless emails,no one has gotten back to me,to explain the correct procedure.As far as my knowledge goes,Budget is supposed to deal with the person who was responsible for the accidents Insurance-but so far I have received NO Feedback on what I am supposed to do.
