We acknowledge receipt of your complaint.
We can understand your frustration and want to apologise for the manner in which this matter has been handled.
As discussed with one of our Customer Relation Specialists: Please take into consideration that the excess is the first uninsured portion payable by the customer in the event of a claim. Although we always strive to be successful with each and every recovery, it is unfortunately not always possible.
The fact that no feedback was supp**** to you during the recovery process will not be tolerated; this will be addressed on an internal basis.
As agreed, please expect a call from a manager from our Legal department who will discuss the way going forward with you.
We once again apologise for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused.
Regards,
The Budget Insurance Team.
