No diesel or petrol for you at roadside assistance, you pay ekstra
Hi
I recently moved to budget insurance for a great premium, getting everything I asked for. And assuming without any explanation, that diesel cost would be included when I get stranded. So it happend, I got stranded, ran out of diesel. Then to my surprise I had to pay for it!!!. I was forced to organise a tow in service, at least I wasn't asked to pay for that. Then I had to make other plans for diesel just to get to wor**** Great!!! Not happy with what I experienced at budget!! I expected more!!!
