NO COMMUNICATION

Did a claim in 2016, 3rd party has been paying my access as he was cause of the accident.

I was dealing with a gentleman by the name of Hlulani and he used to update me as to what is happening with 3rd party's payment.

They put a new guy on my case, his name is Jabulani and he has not contacted me ever since he took over the case. I had to send numerous emails to find out what is happening with 3rd party and payment and Jabulani does not bother to reply.

Another thing about Budget insurance, they increased my premium without imforming me. I THINK ITS TIME I FOUND CHEAPER INSURANCE ELSEWHERE
