No Communication

The vehicle I requested cover for was a 2013 Ford Fiesta ST. However, this vehicle was at the time still on the dealership floor. I no longer bought this vehicle due to them increasing the price at the last minute. After speaking to a budget insurance consultant he informed me I just need to forward a letter of non-delivery in order to get a refund. I sent a non-delivery letter from the dealer to Budget on the 11th November 2016. After contacting them numerous times I was informed they never received the letter. When I say when the letter was sent they are able to somehow find it only to be told they cannot accept it due to the letter not having a dealership letterhead or stamp - yet the letter is signed by the dealer. No one bothered to contact me to inform me to send a letter with the requirements, they chose to keep quiet and let me wait 20 days. I had to contact them to find out why I am not being refunded. Don't even bother with sending emails to Budget's customer care, they never get back to you in fact, they claim they never receive your mails. This is beyond frustrating and ridiculous that I had to wait almost a month for a refund I still have not received due to my not acceptable letter which they didn't even bother to inform me about.

Insurance for the vehicle is R1,239.04. This is a lot of money for a vehicle I did not even purchase!
