No claims Bonus- still no feedback
Still waiting for them to get back to me about my no claims bonus. So fed up of this company lying to their customers about "if you pay your premium you stand a chance to win R10 000," no winners have ever been posted on their website like they said they would. They advised someone will call be back about my no claims bonus nobody ever does. They are too quick to answer queries on the website nor response to emails, but very quickly when a complaint is posted on here they act like they are resolving it. I want to know what is happening with my no claims bonus that was due to me last year. Anyone thinking of changing or taking a new policy this is not the company.
