No callback, insurance claim stil just pending

Waiting on budget insurance to call is like waiting on ice to melt! They said they would call and still nothing. I'm waiting on you to call in relation to a house content claim made. I can't find the receipt. If they truly don't want to pay for the claim. Can they please just refund us our money and will go get the ****** items self.
