No Call back to update my Policy

Good day

Please call me for Policy amendment update.

I need to update my policy and get an updated policy schedule. This is the fifth request I am sending with no feedback. This is quite an inconvenience and poor service that I did not expect from you.

This is also the last request I am sending. The next one will be to other insurers that can insure my car and provide me with proof. I need this proof and I am entitled to it.
