No call back on emergency
On 8 April 2024 around pass 4 in the afternoon, i called budget help line and i got on the line with a female caller and I asked her if she could call me back cause i didn't have enough airtime, she said yes but i never received a call back, i was stuck and i needed assistance, i hate you, i will get a new insurance soon, i can't pay for nothing
