No assistance in finalizing written off vehicle

In December the 28th 2014 my vehicle was in an accident with a vehicle insured by Budget insurance, the driver insured by BI was at fault and a third-party claim was laid with BI on the 1st week of January 2015. My vehicle was towed to an assessment centre and brought back afterwards. The claim was approved and the vehicle is a write off however instead of the Budget Insurance's executors \Telesure Agents"follow the correct procedure of writing off a financed vehicle with the bank they sent me 'Settlement letter' to the value of R15372.05 but repairing the vehicle costs R27000 and the book value of my vehicle by then was around R27000. When I ask how they reached that settlement amount they send me a certain formular that I do not understand and I'm told that my claim will be canceled. Then I got a letter from the bank to link WesBank's specialised collections division with the Insurance however the insurance ignored the letter and since then I am being ignored and not receiving any feedback.<br> <br> I will not urge anyone to join Budget insurance if this is how they do business and treat people when time to claim has come.
