No assistance
My car got stuck so I called roadside assistance. It is now almost two hours later and no feedback from Budget Insurance. I don't even know if they even did dispatch anyone. Each time I call the call center the agent put me on hold for a few minutes then drop the call. I did this several times. Does seem like anyone at Budget Insurance know or even care what is going on.

27 Apr 2022, 06:12Hi. Thank you for contacting me. The truck was dispatched but only after two hours! When the tow truck got hold of me, he had to drive another 60 min before he could get to me. Unfortunately because Budget Insurance delayed that long, the truck was not able to reach me in time because of a protest that build up in the area. I know the protest is not Budget Insurance fault, but did they dispatch the truck in time the matter would have been resolved and I would have never complaint here. I was forced to leave my car unguarded in a protest area because of Budget Insurance's delay.
