New found meaning of pathetic service

I had a terrible car accident on 23/12/2017 and I called budget to log my claim - firstly the consultant I spoke to (Kyle) gave me incorrect information and said I need to wait for my claim to be authorized in order to get a cutesy car, that wasn’t a train smash I lived with it. I was then advised my case has been allocated to Camelen Naidoo and he will be calling me within 1 to 2 working days to advise of the way forward. 2 days went by without any feedback and I had to make contact Friday the 29th of Dec and was advised Camelen is still going to call me, at this point I already felt like I wasn't valued as a customer. The only call I received was on Tuesday 02/01/2018 to "acknowledge my query" how patronizing? each day after that Its been me pursuing your contact center for feedback relentlessly and having to explain myself each and every time as though no notes are indexed on the Policy. The car was assessed on Thursday 04/01/2018 but you as my insurance provider were busy telling me about Monday the 8th. I had to send you the assessment documents (because the assessor didn't know who to send it to) settlement quote and car registration documents myself and you still have the audacity to speak of "the administration of your claim" ? A part of me is glad my car is written off so I won’t ever have to deal with this incompetency again. What has me livid the most is that out of nowhere I just got an sms from the car hire company telling me the car is due back on 12/01/2018 while I was still waiting for feedback. You would think its staff that don't take their work seriously but the managers aren't bothered about customer service as well, out of frustration and seeking peace of mind I requested to speak to the managers of the people I was dealing with and neither Kerry Moodley or Megan Young could be bothered to take my call. I won’t even talk about emotional distress you caused me cause you don't care about that all I want to say is you have redefined pathetic customer service and I'm so glad our journey ends here. I'm looking forward to testing the power of word of mouth on this. thanks for nothing!!!!

so you attempted to call me and I wasn't available and you leave a message asking me to call you back.. interesting!! I'm the one complaining about a service failure and I'm also expected to do the chasing. talk about being nothing but a policy number.
