Never take Value added service

I received a call from budget insurance for Value Added service (tyre n rim) and agreed to take a product and only to find out that VAS product was deducting twice and I cancelled one with no refund, then I had a claim to be processed only to find out that wrong product was sold to me that does not serve my needs I claimed for 3 tyres for incident that happens differently but it was disaster coz both claims was costing +/- 5000 then insurance only wanted to pay R400 and I decided to buy my self tyres and also cancel that product and decided not even accept that R400..now how do I claim my money back including double charge
