Never take insurance from them
Submitted a dispute on 15 May 2023 and according to their business standards feedback will be provided within 10 working days, well up to today 07 June 2023 no feedback on dispute. Now I see why they resolve only 33% of complaints. Is this really how a short term company treats their customers, if it is than it is against TCF ACT.
