Never listens to how they clients feel.

I have a car policy and logged a complaint and no one got back to me in over a month. I had a sales consultant add additional product to my car policy and they failed to advise an extra premium will be charged. On top of everything when I follow up they just say a note on file states a call was emailed to me. No resolution provided and to think I wanted to add another car... I am extremely disappointed especially cause I've never logged a claim and Do not need to log one now either...
