Never had such bad communication ... I placed my claim 2 weeks ago and still no payment. My claim was approved on the 25 August 2023 and the promise that I will get the debit card with the payment loaded on it. Today on 30 August 2023 they told me that they did not send the card. Now they will pay me out into my bank account, and now it will take 3 days again. My claim is a refrigerator and it's been 2 weeks now without a refrigerator. I am really disappointed in them.
