Never Ever God Budget insurance for bussiness

I lodged a claim with budget insurance sometime first week of September 2022. A consultant called and we discussed the claim and all the nitty gritty. On the 8th and 9th September I submitted all required documents and i was told it was received and that they will wait for one missing picture which i asked its relevance because the damage report confirmed the serial numbers of units i submitted for a claim. That email was never responded to by a lady that’s supposedly assisting me with a claim by the name of Mellisa Mkhwa****! I called in this week just to follow up a gentleman/lady spoke to me and he cited to be concerned about the service I received and why emails where not being responded to. He/she promised by end of the day he will send my policy schedule document as it had errors and promised that my claim was due to be reviewed on that day and by end of the day i had not received any email from this person. I later received an email from miss Melissa which i rep**** and till this day no clarity was given pertaining my email was given and i wasnt surprised since it seems like a norm. I was told an assessor will be in contact with me soon that still hasn’t happened. I dont expect bussiness claims to be this long cause replacements of these equipment is vital so i can continue with my work! But nah this is the worst experience ever!
