Never Budget on No Service

We had an accident with our car on the 12th April and Budget only released our car on the 21st April, to a panelbeater in Johannesburg which I've never heard of and I think its ********* that i stay in Boksburg and my car is on the other side of Joburg, we only had car rental upto the 13th May, which my husband phoned Budget and spoke to a gentleman named Goodmen who said he would take it up with his Manager and get back to us about a rental car extension and we are still waiting for his call and have had to rely on other people for transport since 13thMay up till today and upto now still dont have my car as the Gentleman at the Panelbeater promised me my car on the 26th May and then phoned me Wednesday the 24th May and said that my car would only be ready on 31st May, after numerous excuses why the car had not been finished yet, what is taking them so long to fix my car and why has Budget not contacted the Panelbeater to follow up on progress or contact us with updates, instead we have to keep phoning them to find out what is going on and then we have to worry that our car is still in the same condition with the original parts it was received with, Dont trust any advertising as you will be sorry just like us.

I Got my car back last week Wednesday 31 May was very happy with the paint job, but the doors struggle to close, i did speak to Dorothy on Thursday 1 June and said we will wait until this week Friday 9June, on further inspection we found a dent in the back of the bumper that was never there, there's dents on the roof thats supposedly to be fixed and theres also scratches on the windscreen and deep chip marks on the bonnet and they tried to fix it by putting blobs of white paint in the holes, that was also not there prior to the accident, cant see how the accident damage from the doors got to the bumper, windscreen, roof and bonnet, after phoning last week Friday 2 June, very upset about the situation we were put through and now still have to go through the same situation, the Managing Assesor was going to come and inspect our vehicle and he never showed, Now we are asking where do we go from here?

We would like to respond as follows:
Our Customer Relation Specialists (referred to as Dorothy) contacted you/Mrs O’Reilly upon delivery of the vehicle and you/Mrs O’Reilly confirmed that you are satisfied with the repairs to the vehicle. You/Mrs O’Reilly did however inform us that the doors are closing harder than what it used to. It was never brought to our attention that you struggle to close the doors, but rather that the doors are closing harder than what it used to.
The reason for this is because the door rubbers are new. We offered to send an assessor to your place of work to reassess the door rubbers, but the offer was declined. Thereafter you/Mrs O Reilly contacted an independent repairer, who had also informed you that since the door rubbers are new, it can cause for the doors to close a bit harder, and it will take a few weeks for the rubbers to settle in, which you have accepted.
We then received a call from you and Mrs O’Reilly on 1 June 2017, whereby you have informed us that you are not satisfied with the repairs to the vehicle, reason being that there is a dent on the bumper. Our assessing Manager contacted you and discussed your concerns with you. We have corresponded to you via email and photos of the vehicle was sent to you confirming that the dent was indeed on the bumper when the vehicle arrived at the repairer. We then received an email from you dated 02 June informing us that you have noticed scratches on the windscreen and deep chip marks on the bonnet. Our assessing manager requested you to send us photos of the damages that you are referring to, which to date we have not received.
Further to the above, when you inspected the vehicle there were no scratches noted on the windscreen. We also refer to damages of the vehicle. The impact to the vehicle and damages caused by the incident was on the left front side of the vehicle. The damages that you are referring to now, has no relation what so ever to the windscreen, bonnet or rear bumper.
Having said that, our assessing team will be in contact with you to discuss the way going forward.
Kind Regards,
The Budget Insurance Team.
