Negative experience with pre owned extended warrant

I have an extended pre owned warranty plan with budget. I wouldn't suggest someone takes it or joins budget. My experience has been terrible with poor communication, struggle to get hold of them telephonically even when you get through you are being informed if being transferred to someone. Then you keep on holding untill nothing happens. Later on you get informed your claim is not gonna be paid out.

On the 1oth of January 2024 I took my car for service then the garage informed me about the parts that will needs attention and some of these parts are covered under my policy. Then 11th January I called budget to claim and they sent me an email with a list of things they require in order to process the claim.

From there it was quite. I sent the list before the 16th of January. Then it was quiet, I tried to get hold of them same story happened as in above paragraph. On the 20th of March in the morning I received an email saying they require the images and quotes I did send it again. Even on tbe 19th March I sent this email. Again 20th March evening after the mail was sent I received a final verdict saying the claim will not pay out. How come? I have to don't know. Some of these things are covered by the policy. Overall I am scared of budget insurance sounds like a **** to me. I have a good standing record with my premiums, it was my first time claiming since I took this policy 2020. I just feel like I am ****** my money here.

However I am taking this matter futher with my lawyers.
